Final Finish Collision Centers provide complete auto restoration services at three locations in the Greater Boston area.
Final Finish needed to completely re-write the copy for their website. KLS worked with FFCC to edit and re-write all copy for site.
FFCC also wished to formalize its Standard Operating Procedures regarding the initial point of customer contact. KLS visited FFCC’s Saugus shop and worked with employees to determine the SOPs for initial customer interface, then developed and implemented a password protected SOP framework within FFCC’s website that employees may access to familiarize themselves with these SOPs.
